Use Microsoft Excel to Create a Weight Loss Graph

When you have saved the chart, you can choose to preview the chart in Microsoft PowerPoint.

To do this, simply highlight on the chart your current weight loss measurement, such as your body mass index (BMI). Next, right-click the chart and choose "Draw Graph".
